All items donated to the Tacoma Rescue Mission benefit our neighbors experiencing homelessness. Yes, ALL.

Here’s a little about our process. Once an item is donated…

• Tacoma Rescue Mission staff sorts items to ensure every neighbor coming to the Mission for services receives what they need.
• Once our guests receive their direct needs, the Mission’s thrift store – Mission Thrift – sells items to generate revenue.
• Revenue from Mission Thrift directly supports our programs and neighbors in need.*

*Items at the thrift store are priced based on their value in order to maximize revenue to better support our programs and neighbors in need.
